      Pros

      You do not get fired unless you did something critically harmful to the company. The CEO is a nice guy. He is frank and willing to listen to employees.

      Cons

      The senior management, most of them are form the parent company, just don't know what they are doing and lacking in resolved vision and strategy.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
