      Good work life balance. Work from home available

      No increment and salary hike to mid level and entry level employees. Only good for managers. Very less scope of learning as training is very less

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
