      -Low pay and minimal benefits -No concrete business plan for the future for the company as a whole -Company does not know to manage foreign employees -Long hours -Power and sexual harassment ignored by HR

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
