Slow process, not career oriented, late in digitalisation, bureaucracy, not competitive.

The people I came in with at Nexient. Boy do I miss Nexient.
Cons
NTT Data uses and loses its employees. The threat of layoffs is constant and there are soft layoffs happening on the bench at all times due to unreasonably strict bench policies that push people out.
There is a very low amount of work because the sales team does a terrible job finding it. And what little work they do have they're shipping overseas.
