      I joined NTT as a Fresher, work culture is good, team was always co-operative and it has some good projects. Got good exposure to new technologies.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be long working hours, if you are in support role. Hike and salary increment can vary manager to manager.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
