      Pros

      A global 7 billion dollar company that continues to grow. Lots of career growth opportunities. Leadership is down to earth, approachable. Supports community involvement, provides time off for volunteer activities and hosts many volunteering events and opportunities.

      Cons

      For a technology company it is a little too "straitlaced" or "conservative" for me but that may be because of it's South Africa roots.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
