      Good for fresher,lots to learn and seniors are very helpful.

      .No body know about exact management and HR policies, because it never shared with employee Hike and promotion - There is no definition for this Managers think like they are god and employee are their slaves,Employee cant able to speak else they will put in performance Improvement Plan

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
