Pros

Good salary str for experienced people. Good leave policy. WLB is good

Cons

Full of politics, just like any other corporate job. So you can't expect any recognition for your work. No salary hikes for freshers or college recruits who even complete 2-3-4 years in same project. Till grade 6 you have to complete certifications and minimum number of training hours to get minimal hike of 3-5% over 3.5 LPA ctc. HLMs just gives the excuse of HR and policy for lower increment and that ball will just passes by only like this. Grade change requires completion of 5 cycles which means you have to spend 2.5yrs in same grade. Your colleagues with yoe>3 would get much higher package and increments for the same amount or less amount of work which you contribute.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
