      1- Work life balance. lot of work from home facility. 2- No micro management 3- Quite good hike for new employee. 4. Quality work. very peaceful environment

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
