      there were days 4-5 yrs back when Intelligroup used to treat employees as Assets. Had good Ethics, employee friendly policies and good management

      Have been working here for the past 8 years, i should have resigned 3 yrs back, but due to some commitments, i had to stick to this chutiya company for all these years. Till 2005 it was doing great.. but after that this company was doomed.. Profits went up, over the ashes of employees

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
