      Pros

      It fully remote work even before covid was a thing. Gained experience with international clients. Team energy was always high and got really cool learning opportunities.

      Cons

      They still use SAP Time Entry tool from 1995, it is slow and irrelevant, but they wouldn't know. They don't care about Employees. It is just a very unhealthy management.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
