- You can use this company as a stepping stone to gain some experience before you move on - Newer people working in the company are nicer - Decent salary when you are starting off
Cons
- Bigots in the Leadership Team - Diversity & Inclusion is a tick box - they dont really care for the people - No support provided to newcomers who have no experience in the field - you are left on your own to fend for your self - Resource Management is a farce - leadership team uses personal vendetta to make sure people are kept away from projects - They are continuously hiring because they are continuously losing people - Wants to be seen as a consultancy but in reality is an agency and operates like one
