      Used to be better when it was Keane, under Brian Keane.

      Cons

      Only care about bottom line and upper management's bonuses. Nothing passes down to actual billable consultants. Haven't seen so called profit sharing/bonuses in years.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
