Cons
-Promotions and pay seems more relevant to tenure than performance. Employees hired in with experience are typically paid more than employees of the same level that grew with the company. Zero transparency to how salary is determined -2 weeks of vacation time is not in line with the stress/work demands asked of you -I think their business model of letting mid-level employees leave and replacing them with new hires in an endless cycle is more harmful than helpful -Poor bonus/incentive program for those below senior levels -Pockets of unethical leadership -Nothing special about this company
