      on the job training provided by the company with variety of the subjects, class-room training , online training and external training also available.

      Cons

      most of the projects are maintenance based, so the scope of using latest technology is less.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
