      Pros

      Good, smart, dedicated people. Was moving in right direction very slowly.

      Cons

      Structure @ client site was very loose for 6+ months, only talked with boss may 2 -3 times in those months. Work life balance was tough, client pushed hard and NTT didn't push back.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
