      Less work... Best company for Freshers specially non technical graduates... There used to be onsite opportunities but now... no more...

      Cons

      Immature management... Not at all worried about attration... Pathetic work culture... They don't know how IT companies operates... Doesn't provide you enough opportunities for career growth

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
