Pros
Benefits were a plus. The pay isn't bad either. The whole process took about a week interview and all. Many locations to work.
Cons
There are no raises and there is not a chance of a better title or a change in position. The company is based in India and its hard to talk to a someone, unless of course they are needing something from you. Once your job has ended you have 4 weeks to find another assignment with in NTT or your terminated.
