      Your capabilities will most probably be exploited. You will be on the bench for no particular reason. You are one of the hundreds of thousands of employees, hence no special recognition The change in technology will make you suffer if you don't keep up. IT sector is one of the industries which practices large downsizing at times. You might get frustrated with your job

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
