You get to work for super long hours with very less salary and when it comes to appraisal there is this stupid system called NLCI which you need to complete and then attend several soft skill trainings to get a liliput hike. Beware, you can't complain or tell these things to the management, neither can you tell any other problem without creating problems for yourself. Biased is the policy when it comes to employees at India compared to all those around the world (dress codes and compensation are good examples).
