      1. Too much politics and partiality. 2. Most of the managers are working to impress higher managements by pressurizing team members so that managers can earn name and fame. 3. Completely manager driven 4. Regional feeling 5. Don't care about employees 6. Showing partiality to the team members who can drink with managers and praise them 7. Giving fewer hikes/on-site opportunities to talented developers/testers

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
