      Pros

      Its a large company that grew through acquisition, have many locations and diverse clientele. Leadership did not do a good job of assimilating different cultures.

      Cons

      Remote work experience. Not responsive to employees, unless you knew someone. Did not pay project managers or other customer facing roles competitively.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
