Pros
Relatively ok compensation and benefits. Based on tribal relations and can hide in the company
Cons
No vision, strategy and leadership. Limited business solutions, primarily staff augmentation focus. Too many layers & top heavy - management positions with out clearly defined roles / responsibilities and accountability for results. Hierarchical / command-control organization & not knowledge / results based. Still operating as individual companies!
