      My overall experience was totally awesome. I was given the chance to grow and be promoted, gain and hone supervisory responsibilities. Excellent work life balance and benefits. The corporate staff all the way down to the contractors have a warm and inviting vibe. I would recommend NTTDATA Federal Services to anyone in the IT world.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
