      Good company and employees get bonus on of ctc

      Cons

      No criteria for hike if you are close to manager then you will get good benefits. Performance is not criteria for hike and bonus if you belong to manager region u will get benefits. Old employees don't have fresher level knowledge.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
