Pros

Access to work from anywhere including home broadband allowance and a wireless modem depending on position within company. Casual Friday's and nice office in heritage building to work from.

Cons

Management doesn't listen to staff. Their focus is to supress "noise" rather than solve the actual problem. Raising an issue at Dimension Data often results in a negative response - you are a "troublemaker" rather than trying to make things better. Annual employee satisfaction surveys reduced to once every two years. Processes are confusing and conflicting. Poor performance normally results in a change of job rather than performance management. Training is promised in development plan but not delivered due to "budget constraints".

Pros

You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

Cons

Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
