Pros
I can’t think of a single thing.
Cons
Sales teams and operations are completely out of sync. Sales teams pitch and sell contracts promising unrealistic metrics for the price and then operations is stuck between two tiers of leadership pushing for opposite things, hitting metrics or being cost efficient. HR is a total joke. Policies don’t change, but their interpretation does, with zero notice, so one day you’re paid for one thing and the next you’re not. There’s no number to call anyone so you get stuck in an email battle with HR reps that don’t read detailed descriptions and respond with absolutes without even understanding the problem. It takes 8 months and an exhausting amount of stress and frustrated escalations to management to sort out clear cut, simple pay issues even when you have all the proof in the world. Employee surveys are also useless as nobody ever follows up. Upper leadership loves to run the company as lean as humanly possible which results in everyone under them being overworked and severely underpaid for the work/roles they’re in. At the same time, they’ll spend money on some of the worst telephony and scheduling systems I’ve ever seen. You’ll be expected to provide 60 hour weekly support but only be paid for 40. For those in on-call roles, you’ll be expected to be on-call but HR will tell you that your position doesn’t qualify for on-call pay and you’ll be given the run around and never given a proper resolution. Self-respecting professionals, don’t touch NTT employment with a 10 foot pole. Shady business practices galore towards both their own employees and their clients. Truly disgusted and embarrassed to have this company on my resume.
