      Pros

      you get good designation for less experience. But what is the use? One can join only if onsite is guranteed.

      Cons

      Poor management, no professionalism. Just like a very normal service based company our grievances are not bothered. Nothing is organised. You will wonder whether you are in a organised environment.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
