      Fantastic training provided (sometimes can get to your nerves :P), lot of support from Bosses and colleagues, Good Bonus, Quality and perfection !

      Cons

      Very less flexibility, lot of hierarchy which one has to follow, work moves slowly due to rules in the system,

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
