      Good place to learn new technologies esp for fresh grad. good team work.

      Cons

      No work life balance. no family time. After 3-4 years, should consider to move out. Difficult to climb to management level, over for those who works more more than 10-15 years.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
