there is none. The do not pay well and base your employment on tests like a school and everyone is only worried about themselves.
Cons
Everyone is selfish and is only worried about themselves. You are not given the time of day for reviews or advancement if you are not best friends with the management. Management is arrogant and think they are smarter then you if you have a question
