      Pros

      Commute to work was very good. My base salary was decent but the crap you have to deal with makes it not worth it.

      Cons

      Lack of annual performance reviews, no raises, incompetent leadership. The project was poorly managed and we did not have the proper resources. They have the wrong people leading. Not a good place to work.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
