1) Infrastructure : Crumbling ceilings , windows , no pantry , congested seating , second hand furniture . my experience : Once a window fell on me . The infrastructure manager instead of being apologetic , started shouting at me . This was just few months after joining the company . 2) Managers and Senior management : Hopeless . Please go through following incidents . a) On Kaveri bandh day , when employees started to leave due to increasing tension in the city , the great Managers held their employees hostage saying its not too serious , we have commitments etc and even resorted to threatening . Protesters managed to get inside the building(two body guards for entire building lol ) and they started to break the glasses, etc . There were few pregnant women too inside the building and they would have got hurt if they had not hidden themselves below their desk . b) Managers get personal . Its very common for manager to say something like " Where are you going , which relative you want to meet ? " , "Don't go home now for birthday , go next month " c) People who refuse to come on weekends are called inside senior management cabin and threatened . 3) Support staff : Don't expect anything to happen regarding hr issues , infrastructure issues unless you cc their immediate boss . Their behavior can put even worst government employees to shame . 4) Work environment : They have never heard of documentation , scrum , agile , processes . Shouting matches are common on the floor . They will humiliate a person for small things . Every employee on my floor had gone through the torture . While humiliating , they will not hold boundaries . Senior developers (in a full public view) will be told "You don't call yourself developer" and even more insulting stuff . 5) Training : Dare if anyone thinks about attending training session . Managers will start shouting insults upon insults .
