      close to home, plenty of projects, salary was fair, benefits pretty good, nice new office environment, they were ahead of the other IT consulting firms I would for in their PM methodologies.

      Cons

      disorganized management, no contact with PM and job role/responsibilities, it always felt disjointed and there wasn't much interest in building teams to integrate roles/departments, too much schmoozing not enough respect/responsibility

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
