Pros

-Top Cisco Partner with everything you would ever want to compete in the crowded Network Space - Very large reach

Cons

The large scope makes it very difficult to actually manage engagements. The number of overlapping roles is silly and actually getting a resource to work an opportunity takes a lot of time and patience. Ultimately got too big to be nimble enough to compete. Oh, and I believe they told us we did 20 million in Profit off of 2 Billion in revenue in 2015. hmmmmm

Pros

The people I came in with at Nexient. Boy do I miss Nexient.

Cons

NTT Data uses and loses its employees. The threat of layoffs is constant and there are soft layoffs happening on the bench at all times due to unreasonably strict bench policies that push people out. There is a very low amount of work because the sales team does a terrible job finding it. And what little work they do have they're shipping overseas.
