      The leaders do show an interest in employee welfare and company culture. The team members i have are intelligent and easy to work with. not a difficult job.

      Cons

      For my particular role, the responsibilities are not well defined. potential role leakage into responsibilities that you're not rewarded for or assessed for.

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
