      Pros

      - solid company - nice projects - possibility to travel abroad - lots of additional benefits to the salary - exceptional good working conditions (the best I encountered until now) - friendly atmosphere in the office

      Cons

      - yearly evaluation process could be annoying / frustrating sometimes - if you're not interested to travel abroad, you may have to do that, from time to time, in most of the projects - the central location (Cluj), it's maybe too crowded

      The people I came in with at Nexient. Boy do I miss Nexient.

      Cons

      NTT Data uses and loses its employees. The threat of layoffs is constant and there are soft layoffs happening on the bench at all times due to unreasonably strict bench policies that push people out. There is a very low amount of work because the sales team does a terrible job finding it. And what little work they do have they're shipping overseas.
