Pros
- timely pay - many great people - the HR strategy is good in theory
Cons
- lack of diversity at a leadership level - organisation structure is complex, hierarchical, and doesn't value lower-level employees - very low salary ranges for mid-low level employees - no travel benefits for a global org unless you're VP level (of which there are far too many VPs) - toxic culture within teams, for example, my work was no longer focused on what i was hired to do but instead that of a decentralised EA - no career progression unless you're a 'favourite' in the team - Hailed as Top Employer but not representative of employee happiness - ENPS is often rounded up to look better than reality - never ever any budget - in the 3 years, team building was reserved to director level while excluding others in the team I could go on.
