      Teams are very friendly. Energetic culture. Lots of technical challenges.

      Cons

      Poor management appreciation of the real cost of delivery - just get it out the door and into support attitude. Going above the call of duty is rewarded poorly, salary is the minimum that they can get away with, rather than recognising high performers. Very poor lab equipment supply - very hard to get lab kit.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
