Pros
I was a service manager. The pay is decent IF you're at a good location. Coworkers were typically great with the rare bad egg. Great benefits.
Cons
LONG hours. Late nights. Working every holiday except Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter Sunday. And its a very fast paced stressful environment. There's a policy that requires management to work at least 55 hours a week.
