      Higher ups don't give you a hard time about petty stuff bc they're just glad to have an employee. All thats if they have people working in the higher up positions..

      Cons

      Corporate has bonus structure set up where its near impossible to meet bonus criteria and base pay is extremely low

      Was very open about the job and pay. The goals of the store itself and as a team. Very friendly and welcoming.
