      Pros

      The dental insurance and corporate discount are awesome.

      Cons

      First, they give you so much work that you have to put in 80 hours a week and then they don't provide any overtime pay If you request it, they label you as inefficient and incompetent. The management doesn't care about employee feedback and the collaboration between teams is also bad. I don't find a good reason to stick here for long.

      Free toilet paper in the bathroom

      Low pay, overworked management, under valued, pushy tactics to sell, long hours, unpaid breaks, no real room for advancement, incompetent higher up management, big disconnect between customers and company, unrealistic standards, unrewarding bonuses and rewards, toxic work environments, unresponsive and unreliable HR, unreliable operating system, favoritism.
