There are some decent benefits and free coffee.
Cons
The low pay. It's really hard to work when you know you're not getting paid fairly. Working here requires you to render at least 50 hours a week. However, don't expect for overtime pay, yo won't get any. Working without work-life balance is stressful and exhausting. I always have conflicts with my children' s important days. I couldn't't be there when they need me because I just couldn't take a leave. The workload is too much to handle.
