Store was clean. The computer system was better than other companies I have worked for.
Cons
Your paycheck. $8 an hour plus percentages. If you sell a set of tires that are discounted, you are likely to see $12 deducted from sale. Poor wages compared to Firestone ($14 plus percentage) and Goodyear ($15 plus tire spiffs). Typical setup where you get car in the air and sell sell sell...and it is dead from 5 PM till 8 PM so you are getting $8 per hour during that time...
