Pros
The people you work with are usually really fun to be around and the guys in the shop are usually willing to help you with any questions you may have.
Cons
The upper management is frustrating. The pay structure changes constantly and customers don't make your job ANY easier. You will get told at least 10x a day how much of a moron you are and that you're wrong when in actuality it is the other way around.
