Great program for young adults and veterans. Great mission. Ability to really affect the lives of others through your work.
Cons
Horrible culture. Low employee appreciation. Culture doesn’t cultivate creative innovation. Core values sound great but are often absent when interacting with executive leadership. Short term employment is the best option. 2 years or less.
