Pros
Very proud of their (historical) offerings to the industry and their Pharma heritage. They spend lots of time and money to (sometimes unnecessarily) train internally.
Cons
The industry does not want what NNE thinks their differentiation elements are in the USA. Thus NNE does not cultivate clients for the long term. Quality of delivery is inconsistent and in need of proper engineering management. No consistent leadership at the top or middle. Lots of flux and turnover. Long term vision and direction is weak and in flux. Untrustworthy (or Misunderstood) Leadership messaging towards employees.
