For most employees you can work a hybrid schedule, working 2 days a week from home and in office 3 days a week. The company has great health insurance, dental, vision, and a great 401k program with up to a 8% match. They have a on site cafeteria in their offices, which is very convenient for your in office days. They also have a health center with nurses.
