      Good benefits, nice office, free soup

      Cons

      Micromanaged! Under staffed. Everyone is burnt out. Work load is unmanageable without working several hours unpaid which is expected! All the CEO goes by or cares about are the numbers which are way off. No room for advancement. Took away out work from home days so the company can get a tax break.
