Free Soup. Well kept building and property.
Cons
Extremely lenient with female dress attire, for 'business formal' & business casual days. Extremely strict for males. A man would be forced to wear (under a nice sweater) a dress shirt & a tie on a Monday. That same Monday a woman could be in informal shoes, what look to be sweat pants, and a fleece. Similar to the way one might dress at home.
